Very bad experience of milkshake. They should rather call it icecream sugar shake. I couldn’t even drink it for at least 10 mins and when I went to counter and ask him can u please add some milk in the milkshake he said just keep stirring it with straw and then drink. I mean bullshit this is how you make milkshakes? Dont you understand we have milk in the milkshakes as well. And this is how you treat your customers? Not recommended at all. I ll better go to Tarneit rather coming back here again!

Just replying to their reply further: Stop lying! you never told me that you make icecreams shakes etc and I never acknowledged anything. I made a milkshake order and you gave me Sugar Icecream Shake, which even after 10 mins was not drinkable and when I went to your counter with a request I request them very nicely whereas your staff was ride enough to give me back my glass and saying just keep stirring and they went back to making other icecream sugar shakes and I came back. Stop lying and Focus on your tastes. Liars!

Don’t go unless you don’t mind getting served stale food, especially during closing because they think it’s okay and they will get away with it. Added bonus if you’re the only person left in the shop you’ll be told off and treated rudely by the staff person when you respectfully try to remind them that you’ve been served stale food because they know there’s no one watching them. Left the Falooda’s on the counter because the person there would never agree that you’ve been served stale, smelling faloodas.

REPLYING TO YOUR RESPONSE: First of all I was never offered a refund, I declined getting another one made because he was rude to me and would have served me the same stale fruit. Secondly I have been to other branches of Agha juice and I always get the same flavour. I can tell the difference between stale fruit and me not liking the flavour. Very Disappointing Experience – Not Going Back We’ve always had good experiences here, but today was completely different. The quality and quantity were both below average — not what we’re used to at all. Normally, they charge $12 for 1 litre, but after I paid, the staff came back and asked for an extra $3 without a clear explanation but i paid straight away. Meanwhile my order getting ready I looked for the updated price on the menu and couldn’t find it anywhere.
