A great deli and foodstore with something for everyone at reasonable value. Got a Carnivore sandwich, sausage roll and beef pie. Sandwich was great, lots of prosciutto which overpowered the other meats in my opinion but tasted very fresh and all salads and cheese went well so was still great. Sausage roll was enjoyable, the meat was really tender and soft which was a bit unexpected for a sausage roll, probably from the blend of lamb, which was quite nice! I'd prefer the pastry to be crispier for such a soft filling as there was little textual contrast but still quite nice. The pie was with minced beef, but chunky is a personal preference for me. The gravy was rich and not runny. The pie was packed with mince. I think if they had a cracked pepper or a chilli version of it, I'd stop in when nearby. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Shame you can't eat in, as we're not from the area and not sure where to eat their delicious food nearby so ate in the car. (About 6 spots of 1/2 hr parking in front) I wouldn't go out of my way here for the ready to eat food particularly, but if it were a local spot for me I would be there regularly, so I get it. Pop in for a take away if you're nearby.

Having heard great recommendations about a O'Heas Bakery, Deli & Foodstore, I finally had the pleasure of visiting and I can confidently say that it lived up to all the hype. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed by the lively and homely atmosphere. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel like a valued customer and were very helpful when ordering. The true highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the moorish porketta rolls that was cooked to perfection. Each bite was a heavenly combination of tender porketta and fresh bread that was accompanied by a delicious and spicy salsa verde that left my taste buds singing with joy. I can confidently say that this was the best porketta roll I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying. In addition to the exceptional porketta rolls, they offered a wide range of other delectable treats, from fresh pastries to artisan cheeses and meats. I highly recommend you add O'Heas Bakery, Deli & Foodstore to your list of must try places in Melbourne.

Finally tried this local bakery after months of walking past and telling myself I need to! I had the tofu toastie and couldn’t resist getting a ricotta cannoli too, both were super delicious and very affordable, setting me back only $16.40 for my two course take away meal. The store is really cute, I felt like I was back in Italy browsing through all the shelves. Definitely need to come back and grab one of the bottles of Chianti for memories sake! The staff were all very polite and friendly, and didn’t even laugh at me when I pointed to and ordered a “cannelloni” instead of the cannoli I was trying to order!! I later realised I had accidentally attempted to ask for a type of pasta, and not the sweet mouthwatering pastry I desired!! (Ps: I’m sure their cannelloni is great too!)

Very expensive. $10:50 for a roll X2 btw.., (i thought it was $9:90 before i ordered) this is a price break through for a Sandwich for me... iver worked all over melbourne, would expect it in Toorak.. but Brunswick?.. over $10.... seriously get a grip.

And the roll was not particularly good, not much meat, bread was dry and crumby, sandwich was extremely chilled! from there display cabinet.. not even freshly made for $10:50. Also purchased a drink, foreign made Chinnotto... $4:90 for 375ml X 2 btw.... I thought Ned Kelly was dead.. apparently living in Brunswick it seems. Also purchased 2 cakes, (both $4:90) A small custard tart ... and it was very good.. also a Ricotta filled flakey pastry dessert which was very good as well... but $4:90 for the Custard tart is extreme.. the flakey pastry ricotta dessert i can forgive. I also purchased 2 Brioche rolls, im not a fan of brioche, i dont get it? they always seem dry...i can see how the butter flavour is appealing.. but id prefer something else) but of the brioche i have eaten, i thought these where some of the best.

If it was not for the cakes, would have been a vote of 1 star. Spent $43 for a couple of rolls, 2 cakes and 2 drinks and 2 90cent brioche rolls to take home at a surburban bakery... everyone around the area must...

I stopped by here for a coffee and breakfast and I was completely blown away. Not only is this a cafe, it is also a bakery, deli and grocery store. The place was packed with busy and welcoming atmosphere filled with laughter and love.

There is such an amazing selection of food to choose from I didn't know what I wanted as it all looking enticing.

When I went to order I found it was confusing trying to figure out where to go, then once I placed my order I had to go over to the cashier to pay. Being a first timer I didn't find the staff helpful or good at explaining what I needed to do or the offers available to me (once I ordered and paid I realised there were coffee deals that I would have brought). Though as mentioned the place was full and they were probably busy.

My coffee was average (I probably wouldn't come here just for coffee) however the food was tasty. We had a toasted sandwich and it was mouth-watering.

It seems that this is a local landmark so I would recommend coming to visit especially buying your items from here to support local. This is a cafe, bakery and deli as my grandma would say from the good old days. I will be back here again to try the cakes and other food as well as do some...
