Subway Coburg — Restaurant in Melbourne

It's ok because... I love the gluten free opinion, it's the reason it made me come back to Subway in the first place. But there really needs to be some continuity; I go to many different locations and I order the same thing every time, but almost every time I get little differences in my order. Differences like giving me the choice of toasting the wrap or not with the cheese, the amount of meat the 'sandwich artists' are willing to put in my order, and plain old just not caring about my food once it's left their restaurant (several times I've had to eat my wrap by picking up the pieces with my fingers because it fell apart when I opened it... gluten free wraps can get brittle, but not when they're fresh and handled properly).

I love Subway, I really do, but careless food handlers will make me not want to continue patronizing this place. This post does not come at every Subway employee- some of you are awesome!- it is a simple request to the few who don't seem to realize that they are serving real people who just want the consistent, great product that they are more than capable...

Terrible service. Ordered a wrap (not cheap) he put on two tiny bits of cheese there was more bread than filling when I asked for another slice as two pieces for a wrap is not acceptable (never ever seen a place so stingy with there fillings) he said ‘no we don’t do that if you want it you pay’ I was shocked I get paying for extras but a slice of cheese that should of been on there anyway as what was put and what is so called ‘policy of subway’ was a disgrace. I will never go back I will ensure everyone I know does not go there. Every time I go they seem to be stingy and ensure we get the bear minimal fillings. Where are the good days where we get what we pay for. Bad job subway. Losing customers...

went here recently and their service was beyond immaculate, very friendly staff, asking about my day and general questions to keep the conversation going while they make my subs. the place was very clean and described a nice and peaceful atmosphere and i genuinely felt good while sitting at the table unlike certain other subway locations. overall the subs were very tasty and they only used fresh ingredients, and they put a large quantity of fillings in the subs to fill me up. highly recommend for anyone who likes or wants to try subway, the best location might just be coburg...
