After reading some good reviews about Odyssey, I decided to check it out recently. I love Greek food and heard mainly good things about it. I'll get the negatives out of the way first ... The service was incredibly slow. It was early in the evening, and they weren't totally full, but it was bad. With a long wait and taking time to eat too, the chairs became totally uncomfortable. They're hard and small and just awful to sit on that long. People came in after us and ordered take out, and got theirs long before we did, even though we'd been there some time; I feel restaurants need to look after the in house patrons first, but what do I know? With all of that said ... the food is beautiful. Walking in, the space just smelled so good. Was it worth the wait? Yes. Really delicious and good size portions. Dishes are presented nicely and on beautiful plates. The chicken was soft and tender and tasty and the Taramasalata was soooooo good. Other than the speed - or lack thereof in the kitchen - the wait staff were friendly and helpful and the waitress took a big order for us without writing it down (and only leaving one thing off). There's also a really nice, modern look to the restaurant and though it was loud inside, you can still hear the people at your table. Surprisingly parking wasn't too bad and due to that, and the deliciousness of the food there, I'll definitely...

Having travelled to Greece and being quite familiar with traditional Greek cuisine, I can say with confidence that the food here is exceptional. The souvlaki was perfectly cooked, flavourful without being greasy and the ambiance is just as impressive, with beautifully dimmed lighting that creates a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
On my second visit, the same waiter recognised me and even remarked on nearly remembering my order, a small but thoughtful gesture that didnโt go unnoticed. To my surprise, he also brought out complimentary halloumi fries from the kitchen, which was such a generous and charming touch. A very good waiter and evidently chef, that knows hospitality well. Itโs these kinds of experiences that elevate a restaurant from good to memorable.
Iโll be recommending Odyssey to all my friends and singing its praises. Compliments to the entire team, youโre doing Greek cuisine proud. Thank you so much! Iโll be a...
