Incredibly rude service. I had to attempt to pay 4 times as their eftpos machine wasn’t working. The person behind the counter was banging the machine and replacing the batteries to try and get the machine working. That is fine as technical issues do occur. But he was incredibly rude about it and offered no apology for the 4 failed attempts and the 15 minute delay. While the food went cold and he aggressively tried to fix the eftpos machine.

He barely spoke a word and didn’t even look at me when the payment finally went through and pointed towards the bag which held the food. Even though he spoke perfectly fine on the phone to customers placing orders.

Came in wednesday 27th january early just after you opened (approx 10.45 am). Ordered a mixed omellette and pad thai with chicken. Long story short you've given me a bout of food poisoning. If you've kept certain ingredients from the night before and used the following morning this is what happens. Check your fridges and please don't dismiss this review as non credible. Never written one like this before. I used to run a cafe so would never write this unless I was certain it was your food as it can potentially be very damaging to your business. Delicious food and lovely staff that greet you with a smile and are more than happy to customise your meal! I usually order the beef and black bean noodles or lemon chicken which are both my favorites, but tonight I thought I'd try something different and ordered the meat combination soup. The soup was absolutely amazing! All of the meat and veggies tasted super fresh and cooked really fast! My partner usually orders the king prawn noodles in garlic sauce which he absolutely loves, but tonight he ordered the house special and he was incredibly impressed with the taste and quality of his meal!
