Shudaxia Hotpot is a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant has a modern and stylish design with comfortable seating arrangements that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The highlight of the meal, of course, was the hotpot. Shudaxia offers a wide variety of high-quality ingredients that you can choose from, including different types of meats, vegetables, seafood, and noodles. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the flavors were amazing. What impressed me the most was the attentive and friendly service. The staff was knowledgeable about the different ingredients and cooking styles and provided helpful recommendations throughout the meal. They made sure that my hotpot was cooked to perfection and regularly checked in on me to ensure that I had everything I needed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Shudaxia Hotpot, and I would definitely return. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch, making it an excellent choice for a special occasion or a casual night out with friends. Highly recommended!

Authentic Sichuan Hot Pot with great ambiance. If you have a group of 8 to 10 then ask for a private room. And if you follow Panda Hot Pot you’ll get a free dessert. Warning this is not a restaurant for those that are sensitive to spice. While you can split the hot pot broth in half, for example, half mushroom and half spice, there’s a good chance you will get chili in your bowl at some point. So be prepared to drink lots of Tsingtao beer. Don’t drink water, as this will only burn your mouth further. One of the other nice things about this restaurant is how clean it is. Occasionally Chinese restaurants seem to ignore Bathroom cleanliness. However, panda hot pot not only has clean bathrooms, but they are creatively designed and fit in with the overall interior decor of the restaurant. If you have lived in China at any point in time or are a big fan of the hot pot., Then definitely try and a hot pot. It’s one of the best hot pot restaurants in Greater Melbourne. And if you want to try out your Mandarin skills, then this is also an advantage of this restaurant, as all the staff speak Chinese.

**UPDATE** a different manager contacted me and gave me a refund for the voucher. Have tweaked review. Thanks so much. My wife and I ate here a few days ago, and everything was fantastic until it came to the bill. We wanted to use a $50 voucher (attached picture), so we followed the terms and conditions (not including soup, seafood and drinks), but when it came to paying, the staff pointed out that we had to spend a minimum of $150 (which is not under the terms and conditions but in the corner). Our bill was $184 Confused, we spoke to the manager, and he said the same thing, pointing to T&C number 5 (which seems to say they can say whatever they want). Having the minimum spend separate from the T&C's seems like an unfair attempt to refuse its use and should be within the T&C's, not separate. Very confusing voucher. I would like a refund. If I do not hear from you within 10 business days, I will forward my complaint to Consumer Affairs Victoria for further advice.

This place is AMAZING! Definitely prepare for an experience when you come here, from the food to the service to the decor everything was extravagant and well beyond expectations. There are so many different options available for your hot pot, and they are very considerate of dietary requirements. They even understood that we wanted to get one broth but split it half way to prevent cross contamination of ingredients in the hot pot. Every member of staff was super friendly and attentive, and they really make you feel like you're being well looked after. The sauce bar is a must and really elevates the experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to celebrate an occasion or enjoy incredible hot pot and service. It is definitely not cheap (spent around $70pp) but in my opinion it is totally worth it for the amazing service, great decor, and high quality ingredients available here. I will be returning when my budget allows!!

@pandahotpot.aus is the latest Top End Hot Pot Venue that’s now open along Dandenong road in Carnegie! 😻 The venue is fully decked out with lanterns - and while they don’t have a dragon dangling from the ceiling like Carlton it is still a stunning spot to grab your super fancy hot pot experience this winter ❄️ there was even a face mask changing performance on the night we went 🎭🫶🏻- they always do well with customer experience here 👏🏻👏🏻 For food we went for the 2 soup base tomato and pork broth- both great choices- wasn’t feeling like Spicy this time! 😋 we loved the combo dishes veggies, fish balls, lamb slices, scallops and Wagyu 🥰 for drinks we got the Watermelon juice, lychee mocktail and Brown Sugar Jelly♥️ Service is super efficient- this place is worth a visit for a special occasion and best to book to avoid disappointment 🍲❄️♥️😋 Pricing seems standard mid to high range on some items.

An absolute gem of a hotpot restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The menu offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, and the broth options were delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the cooking process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What truly sets this place apart is the quality of their ingredients – the meats, vegetables, and sauces were all of the highest standard. The flavors were outstanding, and I appreciated the option to customize the spiciness to my liking. It's evident that they take pride in what they serve. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a gathering with friends or family. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We left with full, satisfied stomachs and a desire to return soon. A five-star hotpot experience, without a doubt!
