Papa Joes Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

Found this nice little local shop recently while doing some shopping next door at the op shop(Another great place in Springvale Junction) and said why not. The owners are great sports i couldn't fit a 1.25L drink but he let us grab 2 CANS that wasn't advertised for the same price what a great guy..

My wife and I always get a marinara with the Pepperoni 1/2 HALF and Half $1 amazing value.

To be honest i am sick of Corporate pizza shops and locals claiming to be authentic but have the soggiest grotesque food! But, This place blows my mind why hasn't anyone noticed this? What a gem,

The crust almost looks identical to a 90s pizza hut type dough used and the tomato paste / sauce used as a base is home quality fresh ingredients( you can see the tomatoes) and a clean shop i rate this place higher than my local dominos / Marios. Good job Joes we love ya food and all your workers are great and consistent with the quality/food...

Unfortunately, really poor service. I went in to buy a marinara pasta and pizza. I spoke to the person about the pasta sizes. She showed me both, and I ordered the large pasta and one margarita pizza. To my surprise, when my order was ready. I am given two pizzas? One margarita and one marinara? I spoke to the man. I didn't order two pizzas. He went on to say "sorry, you did, because you looked at the pizza menu when you said marinara". I said, "I specifically asked for pasta sizes and ordered the marinara pasta" . He didn't want any of it.

I was scared that if I disagreed, they would spit in my food. So I just took two pizzas.

Pizza is subpar. Not worth it.

Never ever order from this place! I ordered through Uber eats as i am in hospital with my very sick three year old, it was all wrong, i rang up and the man on the other end of the phone was rude and told me i had to go pick my replacement pizza up even though the stuff up was on his end, it had olives on it which i'm allergic too, and that he couldnt help me, Thankgod Uber refunded me for my horrible experience, yes because i can totally leave my daughter alone at the hospital! do your self a favour and dont give this business your money, they are rude and could not care about their...
