I was excited when this place opened in the area and eager to try. It was unfortunately a bad customer experience.
First of all, there wasnât any instructions or staff at the entrance to show how the ordering/dining processes work. I understand that they have the ordering kiosks but as a newbie in the hood and also the first week of their opening, Iâd expect a more engaging experience.
The kiosk ordering wasnât a great experience which resulted in my next point.
After spending 10 minutes at the kiosk, ordered, paid, scanned table number, and we waited at the table for 20 minutes.
Then the staff came, asked whether weâve ordered. Well yeah I didnât just grabbed a table number and sat down right? Then he said they didnât get any order for our table and requested, and I quote, âto see the proof of payment If I can show him on my phone (internet banking). First of all, this could be just me but what kind of customer service is this? Shouldnât it be, something like, it seems like the payment hasnât gone through, so you mind checking? I understand sometimes due to system issue, payment might not have gone through, though Iâm pretty sure I saw a confirmation on the screen confirming order is complete. Second of all, the attitude from the staff made us feel we were blamed for the system error and that we shouldnât have sat down before we should have checked on my bank app that my payment has gone through??
We ended up leaving the store. Good luck surviving in a competitive shopping mall where great customer experience...

The meal that was served visibly burnt, while my friend received a curry chicken dish with a piece of chicken that appeared as though a portion had already been eaten. Naturally, we raised this with the nearby staff which happened to be Cindy. We were only expecting a simple apology and a resolution. Instead, we were met with blatant condescension and a level of dismissiveness that was both uncalled for and wholly inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.
Cindy responded to our concern with a visible side eye and the remark, âYou really want me to change it?ââdelivered in a tone that suggested our request was unreasonable or bothersome, mind you there was no apology at all from when we told her what happened till the end. This attitude not only diminished our trust in your service standards but also reflected poorly on the professionalism of your staff as a whole.
