Phở used to be a surprisingly good when they operated from the trailer, I pulled over one day during the weekend road trip and decided to try it out. However, last time I ordered Phở from their new place (next door to their trailer) and I won’t come back to have it anymore, for some reasons the taste changed and not authentic anymore and I feel it is not for Vietnamese people. Sad to say that.
