We went to visit @saigonxua.springvale as @ieatblog advised it’s been slow like a lot of other places in Springvale right now! The Banh Xeo was so damn delicious and easily one of a #BMAfavourites - perfectly crispy and packed with pork, prawn and fresh ingredients - definitely one of the best I've ever had. They also had their special offal congee (they’re known for this!) - this was special to me, as I grew up eating this while my uncles drank beer and played cards in the background, so it brought back a whole host of childhood memories.
