Pizza Webb — Restaurant in Melbourne

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza at 10.30 last night and it told me that my pizza would arrive at 11.50pm. I waited over 2 hours for my pizza to arrive and in the time I called endlessly trying to figure out what’s happened. I called just before to complain and I did not even get an apology from the owner, he just kept making up excuses and not taking any responsibility. The website says they are open until 11.30, this needs to be updated. The owner was very rude to me on the phone, I requested that I have my order delivered at 6pm tonight and he just kept making excuses and rude remarks. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You can not be guaranteed to even receive your order, but I can guarantee that you will be verbally abused...

First time i ordered online sometime over the December period. They accepted my online order and drove to collect. Got there and they weren't even open. Phoned and manager said he will refund me if i can show him the proof. Told him I'll come and he said any time. Got there on a Monday only to find out they closed. Went back again and i said I spoke to him over the phone and he gave me my money without showing him proof as he had a receipt. He was nice so i decided I'll give them another shot. Ordered a half half pizza over the weekend and I marked to remove all mushrooms and entire pizza had mushrooms (a lot on the 1 side and just a few on the other). I hate mushrooms so just chucked most of it. Horrible...

The food is very nice but the service and consideration and courtesy for a customer was ridiculous. Once they realise they have sent the wrong pizza, rather than offer a fresh pizza or deliver the cooked one straight away, they brought the original, forgotten, pizza. But, it was nearly an hour later. When questioned on why they didn't bring it straight away - seeing as it was their mistake, the reply was that there were other deliveries to be made first. I'm 1.6km away!! So, my kids' pizza sat in the boot of this guy's car that whole time. By the time I got the pizza it was...
