Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely crap service! I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and they gave a completely different pizza with salami as toppings. I AM ALLERGIC TO SALAMI! I called the store and she had the audacity to say that it was DoorDash fault. They placed my order receipt on the incorrect pizza! Careless and dangerous! Went back n forth on call and the lady I spoke with was trying to speak over me and kept saying its not her problem and hung up on me!The receipt is printed from the store not from the door dasher, they just give DoorDash name and order number! Highly recommend you pay attention to your reviews and do better! Had you people done your job properly and placed the correct receipts on the correct orders things would have been fine! Absolutely crap customer service and such arrogance attitude! Highly recommend NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!! Actually i came at 8:20pm today for pizza but there was only 1 staff there doing everything but there were 6 different customers that constantly came in. From 8:20 to now as im writing this review new customers constantly come in. That 1 staff that was there was trying her best but its very hard to serve and make the food all by herself. I dont know whats going on but is very irresponsible of the business owner to only have 1 staff working. How would it be possible for her to do everything. I give the employeee 5 out of 5 stars for doing her best running around and taking orders and cooking. Later on the male employee came in around 8:46pm today but he was mot useful and just standing around. I both some Pizza Hut product yesterday night and it’s my first time to buy pizza in that place. I wondering why I paid 61 dollars and I check my receipt when I arrived home because I don’t have time to check it I’m starving, holding the items and the same time I have baby who waited in the car with his dad. I wondering why he charged me 2 surcharged which I don’t know what is it I pick up the items and take away.
