Looks like a family run Banh Mi store, where people stop by to get their brunch/ lunch on their way to work. I love how they keep their Banh Mi crispy until the very last bites, their sauce is flavourful. The only thing that they can improve on would be their crispy porks, they seem like shredded small tiny pieces of crispy pork skin instead of a full meaty piece of pork. Sorry, but this place has the worst roasted pork sandwich roll (banh mi) I have ever eaten in the Westside, Melbourne. The meat is nothing like a roasted pork to me or even taste like Vietnamese roasted pork banh mi (I'm from Viet Nam so I know the taste so well). The pork meat is more like thinny slide boiled meat and then having some fried pork skin (crackers) putting in the sandwich. Therefore, it doesn't have a roasted flavour and also the price is high compare to many places...

Where do I start?!!! We had a hankering for some Bahn Mi and we weren’t from the local area so we chose Western Rolls based on the reviews and we were not disappointed!
