Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Melbourne

I never had a problem but today one of my first chicken wing that bite into was ice cold in the middle between the bones. I took it back inside to calmly explain to the staff that it was cold in the middle. I showed them the wing in question and asked them to touch it or feel it to confrim.

When i asked him again to test the temperature he pulled out the thermometer and said "do you know what it is?" While hiding up it up with a manner condescending . They went on to argue that the wings are alright with them using the thermometer testing them on the outside! It stayed between 23.3- 25.5 but they didn't poke it in deep. As I'm quite familiar with the thermometer I requested that they poke it in the middle and it came back between 22.5- 23.3°c. I work in the kitchen sometime in childcare which I have a food handling certificate and those thermometer should be poke inside and I'm sure that food should be served at least between 60-75°c especially meat.

I was not impressed with how they are standing together trying to intimidate me with all the stare as curtly/ abruptly reply to me or just saying that it alright. I don't know how the other wings are cooked but I just want them to feel the first wing that was cold. The second wing they tested was between 22.7-23.5°c. I don't usually leave reviews or complains as this is not me as a person but I'm very unhappy and dislike the way one of the male employee curtly talked to me.

The staff didn't try to rectified the situation but insisted on telling me its alright. He said that it is frozen and they cook it. They blamed the chicken for being cold in the middle from it being frozen but extra hot on the outside.  I order through the app because I'm not good with people or conversation so when I walked out and said I'll leave a review then he tried to say he will recook my order. I feel uncomfortable and intimated so I walked out. I wasn't comfortable in getting the food remade as I'm not sure what will happen to it when they...

Waited hours for the arrival of our order which never came, attempted to call the store however your automated services tried to transfer the call to the store and would always immediately cut out or state "the store is unable to pick up at the moment and you are unable to leave a message". My email address is also provided as an alternate point of contact which if pizza could not be delivered could have sent through to the address or via mobile number, extremely disappointed with a family which was left hungry because of your services.

Second review, after over a year, the communication issue has not changed. The initial order tonight was done at 20:03, with the estimated delivery time being around 20:36. I had to pick up my pizza after requesting a delivery service at 21:07, and no communication was given via phone or text, noting a delay. I tried calling your number 13 11 66, which I attempted to dial through the store, and again, no answer. Any notification to inform us of a delay in delivery would be acceptable, but minimal effort to communicate and minimal apology given except for "multiple pizzas were ordered, which was why we are about to deliver" is just not great...

It is really sad how bad this Pizza Hut store is now. This store used to be REALLY, REALLY good when Siva managed it back in 2018. Then management obviously changed hands and the new managers simply do NOT care at all about the business. They do not care about making customers happy, they do not care about making good pizzas, they do not care at all about anything, they just want as much money as they can get whilst giving nothing back to the customer. It's so sad, this is happening to a lot of places in Australia and it's because the people who buy these places can fast track their permanent residency via a business visa.

I hate what is happening to this country. Too many people are being let in and everything is getting worse because all these people want is to live in a "nice" country and they don't understand that you don't get to be a nice country if you don't work for it.

Don't go here, Australia needs less fast food places like this. Siva made this store so great and you cockroaches wrecked it. Don’t believe the good reviews for this place, just look at the names of people who leave good reviews. Google reviews are being ruined by...
