I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this Subway location last night around 8:30 PM. From the moment I stepped in, I was met with the most appalling and unprofessional service imaginable. The employee on duty, a lady with a disgustingly strong Indian accent, was incredibly disrespectful(as inferred). Her tone was hostile and her accent was so thick that it was nearly impossible to understand her, which made the entire interaction even more infuriating.
First, I was not informed that the toaster was broken until after I placed my order. This critical piece of information was deliberately withheld from me. I was trapped into paying for something that I would not have ordered had I known the full situation. When I rightfully asked for a discount or some form of compensation, the employee rudely refused and practically demanded I pay the full price. This felt like a blatant rip-off, as I was not receiving the full service I was promised and paid for.
To add insult to injury, I made it abundantly clear that I cannot handle any spice and specifically requested my sandwich to be made with absolutely no spice. Despite my clear and explicit instructions, the employee added jalapenos, turning my sandwich into a fiery, inedible mess. This blatant disregard for my request was not only disrespectful but could have posed a serious health risk if I had a severe intolerance to spicy foods.
The entire interaction was marred by the employee's shockingly dismissive and condescending attitude. She showed zero consideration for my dietary needs and treated me as if my concerns were completely irrelevant. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism were astonishing and made the entire experience absolutely unbearable.
This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The sheer lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect from the staff was outrageous. I will never return to this Subway location and I strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs. The employee taking our order spoke in a whisper and we couldn't hear her, so we had to constantly ask her to repeat herself. My partner told the employee she wanted a Seafood Sensation in a Footlong, the worker mumbled something about chicken, we were confused so we repeated that we wanted a Seafood Sensation. She nodded and started working on it, and mumbled something again, we asked for her to repeat what she said, on the third try we finally understood that she wanted to know if we wanted it toasted.
Please properly train your staff, have a meeting, have everybody know that your customers literally have trouble understanding. Speak loudly and listen carefully. This isn't the first time. Every time I come here I face some sort of issue. Last time the lady working there put turkey breast instead of ham in my Italian bmt and added no cheese, sent it straight to the toaster.

Read moreThe food was good but the service was very bad i asked them to put chips in my sandwich which is very common to ask for in every subway and i have been eating my sandwich the same way for couple of years and have no problem with asking to add some doritos in it but got refused but thats not the worst part then after refusing they had the audacity to tell me that i can do it myself not once but twice and when i asked them why cant you just put the chips if im willing to pay for it, they replied with saying that its their policy and they cant customize the order. I think the whole point of subway is to make your sandwich the way you like it.
