Pizza Shop — Restaurant in Melbourne

Pizza was great, however the takeaway system needs improvement.

I placed an order and waited for my pizza out front 15 minutes after order. There was a lot of people on this busy night and it appeared like this was their system with people out front. As I was waiting, the service staff brought out pizzas to people waiting, calling out names etc. After a fair amount of time, I walked in to check on my order, and found that my pizza had been sitting on top of the oven for over 30 minutes. I will add here that the pizza was remade so I appreciate the friendliness of the staff here, it is just the takeaway process that needs to be refined.

With all the staff bringing pizzas out front, in the span of 30 minutes, why wasn’t mine brought out? If the pizza was made super quick, this should have been brought out again and not just left there Staff should be more aware of what is sitting there and connect the dots of someone standing out front as the possible owner The staff walking in and out, not one asked me if everything was okay, or if I was waiting for something, talking to tables but not people waiting...

Hidden gem much?! Some of the best food going around, backed up by really friendly and attentive service, great buzzy atmosphere and a such a fun menu. Go for pizza obviously but do not sleep on the ridiculously good starters mains and sides- carbonara cream donuts?!?!?! Mind-blowing. Vegos won't be dissappinted either- potato schnitzel with marsala mushroom sauce was such a fun twist on a classic. Perfectly executed fresh gnocchi to rival any high street ponce & their nonna. Food snobs AND people who like yum food and don't care about the usual pretention will be satisfied alike. Super impressed with the value...

Wishing this was my local Pizza Shop; this place was seriously outstanding. Atmosphere was a comfortable buzz of customers who were excited about what was to come and staff busily and proficiently delivering the goods. Elliot was the star MC and with witty charm guided the delectable experience throughout. There were apertifs, amazing pizza and even a boysenberry cannoli.
