This place is hard to rate. Mainly because it's different. A lot of places would not make pizza so dry with burnt crust. Capricosa, was very dry,as if they used old dry mushrooms, however this gives it a crunchy taste. I can clearly see how some ppl will prefer it. I was planing on rating them 1 or 2 stars, however my son gave them a rating of 4. So they got lucky with a 3. I have avoided them for 2 years due to the ratting but since it's 2 Jan, Heavens pizza was closed and they are so close to where I live. Unfortunately I won't be returning. Also the capricosa had a really nice base crust, crispy (despite the burn edges) where as the margarita had a thick crust , very doughy and soft. Best explanation is they lack consistency. Also they take a long time to make it, maybe why they are so dry. Overall if you are a fan of dry pizza and sometimes a good crunchy crust , try them, you might be a fan. If you are more into traditional Italian pizza, avoid them, this place best resembles bogan country style pizza :) like the one from the movie...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered online for a 5:55 pm delivery. Called the store at 6:12 and was told itās on its way. Food arrived at 6:45. Delivery driver stopped the pasta on the floor. Ordered gnocchi bolognese and Australian king pizza. To say the food was disgusting is an understatement. The gnocchi was so overcooked it was mash potato and no flavour at all. The container wasnāt even full. So if it was a one person portion you would still be hungry. The pizza I ordered medium crust and it was this crust and dry. To spend over $60 on a pizza and pasta for delivery, arrive nearly an hour late and good atrocious has me livid. My kids refused to eat the pizza and the pasta went in the bin. Called the store and they were very confrontational and said everyone cooks pasta differently. Hello mate you guys donāt even cook it. They buy it frozen and just reheat the pasta in the container in the pizza oven. They do not check their products if care. I will never ever go there again. Save your money on their over...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePromised a delivery time of 1 hour. That is long, but i agreed. I was starving the whole hour. When the hour was up, i called and enquired and was told that it was on its way. Keep in mind, it takes literally 15 minutes to drive to the store. After the enquiry, i waited another hour, while starving beside the door waiting for my food. Once the food arrived, a mere 2 hours after my initial order, from a store 15 minutes away, the pizza wasn't even the one i ordered. I didn't say anything to the sweaty indian dude, because i didnt want to wait another 3 hours (an extra hour for the sweaty indian dude to crawl back to the store). But, because of my intense starvation, the pizza was decent. Tiny, and ugly, but decent. However that mightve just been my hunger talking. Never again will i order from this place, probably the worst experience I've ever had. And it was literally past closing time, so there musnt have even been other customers anyway, so theres no excuse for the...
