Really bad experience today - two items were charged more than 20% more than shelf price. One was supposedly on wrong shelf - fine that can happen- so I declined the item at the counter. Then after I paid I saw the second error. This was a clearly ticketed item that was charged much higher price. Returned and received refund but not even an apology. This IGA store clearly not part of the grocery good practice policy which states item should be free if clear difference in ticket price and charged price at scanner. Will not be returning Bad form and bad service.
