Ordered through the QR code and the staff ended up not printing the order out for kitchen. They wouldn’t have recognised the problem until we asked why the food took so long to come. Story is this: after 30mins we ordered, we were worried the order wasn’t through. We confirmed the waitress and she told me she had seen the order in the queue. After another 30mins, food still have not come yet. Asked them again, that same waitress told me they forgot to print the order for kitchen staff. Firstly, she lied to me. Secondly, she chose to tell me the truth of their mistake fine but can’t you then prioritise our order to show your respect? Finally, food arrived, we then ordered a juice. Took another 20mins. We were so done. We paid the bill and left.

The story is telling me and you guys that don’t order online at this restaurant or at least triple confirm.

There seems to be 3-4 different menus for this place. One out the front displayed that they serve pork and cabbage dumplings, this was the reason we decided to dine here. Their physical and QR code menu again displayed different options to what we saw out front- no dumpling options. We ordered a fried rice that was priced at $9.80. There was another fried rice for $16. We were charged the $16 price, when I mentioned this was incorrect and pointed to what I did order, I was told this was a typo?? You can’t be displaying 1 price and charge another. If it’s a typo this needs to be fixed otherwise it’s extremely misleading. We’ve had this restaurant near home for a couple of years. As I don’t handle spicy food very well, we haven’t really had a chance to try this place. My husband felt like spicy dishes today, so finally we decided to go. We arrived around 7pm Fri night, surprised to see the restaurant was mostly empty. Restaurant decor was beautiful. Seating was comfortable and clean. Under the staff recommendation we ordered the signature dish, grilled live barramundi, and stir fry smoke bamboo shoots with Chinese style bacon.
