Do not order online for pick up!!!! I placed an order online for pick up on Saturday at 12:30pm and paid by card. On arrival, the shop was closed with a sign saying open at 4pm. Their hours state 11am til 8:30pm. Called to arrange a refund only to be told there was no order and they don’t take bookings online for pick up, only delivery. Interesting how I was able to place the order in the first place even though they were not actually open. I also received email confirmation that the order had been placed. AND the money has been debited from my credit card!!! Not happy at all!! I was supposed to get a return phone call from the manager which I never got. I also emailed the manager directly to which I never even received a reply. Needless to say it was an expensive lunch as I therefore had to pay for food elsewhere as they were closed. Very poor...

Worst we've had in a while. We have been here once before and the food was OK. Tonight the food was sadly lacking. The potato cakes were very oily and over cooked. The calamari rings were also very oily and had the thinest piece of calamari buried in a huge ring of batter. The fish burgers were nice. However the salt and pepper calamari pack was very disappointing especially for the $18 price. It had the smallest amount of calamari that definitely did not have any seasoning. The salad just looked a bit sad. We had felt sorry for the owners not having any parking out the front at the moment but it will be the food that will mean we are not returning.
