Red Rooster Reservoir East — Restaurant in Melbourne

I was frothing the pickle box combo, so i drove thru drive thru. I ordered the pickle box large via the speaker and the kid tells me to drive up... he then strangely asks if i wanted it in a combo... .. i didnt think anything of it, and said yeh... charged $16.25!!! .. hands me my drink..

Then shortly after, i think the manager hands me a bag , i was pretty tired , so i stuttered and ask is this the pickle burger box thing? he said yes. I didnt think anything of it, mebe they ran out of "boxes".. i get home and get bamboozled... the bag only contains chips and a burger! Did i just pay $16.25 for a burger chips and drink? where was the rest of the boxed meal? it was missing the potato gravy, and the piece of chicken....i was so disappointed. The burger was nice tho. I will make sure i double check the order thru drive thru next time. Can somebody also tell me if $16.25 is for a large pickle boxed combo or is $16.25 for a large burger+chips and...

sad to say, but I was very disappointed in my experience here today. We waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Once I got the food, I bit into my riper roll, only to find out the chicken dry! I was too embarrassed to return my roll because I had already bitten into it. I'm not one to complain, but it was so dry that it was too tough to eat. I'm not sure if I just came on a bad day but there was absolutely no professionalism at this establishment at all, none of the staff had uniforms, including staff at the back wearing a nikey jumper and the lady serving wearing blue high waisted jeans. Red rooster put advertising people need to check before you go,not only one shop,I had three time bad experiences on this business. First:I went to ordered around $5 special and a soft drink ,total value should under $8,but I paid on card was $12.70.i had been complained buy no good result. The second:They put $5 on chicken pie on every shop,but I went to ordered it they told me need to order something else together.
