Rubbish Cafe!

Especailly their manager!

I lost my car key last Sat.

I've been shops that I have been to.

I strongly believed I left my car key at Post office.

On Coming Early Monday, I went to Post Office.

They didn't have my car key.

I didn't go to Coner Bakery Cafe on the day that I lost my car.

But, I wanted to give a go in case someone might find my car and drop off my car key at this cafe.

When I asked a cafe worker, He easily could see how desperately I looked for my car key.

The cafe worker was sorry for me and told me someone hand in car key to him.

Someone said to the cafe worker that he found the key on the bench near the cafe.

Exactly, I sat on that bench on that day.

The cafe worker put it on the counter.

But, He didn't find it today.

The cafe manager looked at us very annoying eyes and treated me so badly.

Seems like I disturbed her business and did not care about my car key.

She acted like she knows how she can handle people like me.

She is very bossy and doesn't know how to handle people and your customers.

My son and I often used to have ice chocolate and coffee from this cafe.

Ice chocolate is expensive compared to high quality cafes.

Also, This cafe's manager is the one of worst sales assiassant and retailor.

She 's only thinking money.

don't care about people, not honest hiding their mistakes.

The cafe boss doesn't tell your workers and how she become a manager.

My son loves ice chocolate and I love coffee.

The taste of our drink is not great compared to price.

We 've been to many cafes.

He and I easily tell taste chocolate milk and I can tell coffee taste.

Especailly, I won't go that cafe with that manager.

don't know how to deal with people only thinking of their profit.

Summer hill shopping centre need to have more cafes with better service and provide for people with better price and taste drinks.

I love this shopping centre and most people working so lovely and helpful.

But not this cafe. ........................

You should know what other shop do for their customers.

You made up stories with your staff.

Your senior manger was not kind at all.

So, Rude to me and Kicked me out of your cafe.

You should care about customer services how to treat your customers.

You listen to your customers in person before your staff.

If you care about your business

You just listened the stories that your staff made up

If you don't know exactly what had happened.

Please, Don't reply my feedback.

Just, managing your cafe like you.

be nice to customers who buy drinks and food from your cafe

Also, kick out of Customers that don't help your profit or people who desperately look for a key.

The way you think and your attutide towards customer is so shocking and wrong.

I come here on occasion and have mixed feelings about it. The food is REALLY good, my favourite is the good ol’ ham and cheese sandwich hock is delicious, and there’s a good variety of cold and hot drinks to choose from. The coffee and tea are decent but not amazing, and the hot chocolate (my favourite drink) was very disappointing, it’s very bland and not worth the price at all. I haven’t had any of the deserts so I can’t say anything about those. I think everything is a bit overpriced though. There’s also no prices anywhere, they use to have the prices up on the back wall but they’re gone now for some reason. There’s also no prices anywhere, the drinks in the fridge have no prices, there are no prices on the glass where the deserts are, I have to look on the ubereats app to see how much what I want is. They only have half the menu on laminated coloured sheets on the outside tables but they’re very limited so it’s hard to get your hands on one, and it’s only a small portion of their menu too, not the whole menu.

This place is fine if you want just a normal hot latte, but disappointing for iced lattes. On a very hot day, if you want an iced latte, you cannot get a smaller sized one. It’s either a big one or nothing. If I only want a small sized one, then you should accommodate for that and not force people to get a big one only because you want to make more money.

UPDATE: You do not need to get so upset at a review which is only intended to give you feedback, as I was very polite. I never complained about the quality of your coffees or food. Other people here have given far worse reviews, and yet you haven’t attacked them like me.

And by the way, I actually never get my coffee from McDonalds. It was only because on that day I wanted a smaller sized ice latte as the large one is too much milk for my stomach to handle. And in any case you should provide a choice of different sizes, just like you would with a normal hot latte, even if someone feels like a small one for no particular reason.
