First walked in and got the ick but thought the chicken looked okay. The lady couldn’t tell me what the chicken was stuffed with when asked (I wanted to know for future reference, as I have a child with an allergy). Which concerned me as you should always know what you’re serving your customers. I paid $12.95 for a 1/4 chicken and chips. I was handed a little box to take home. Once I got home I was horrified at what I saw!!! Burnt soggy wedges and raw chicken!! I went back to the store and told the same lady that my food was both burnt and raw. She said I knew you’d come back and had my refund ready… I was shocked that she knew she was serving unsafe food but just hoped I’d throw it in the bin & not come back for a refund. So disappointed in the look of the food, so grateful I didn’t eat it!!! Definitely won’t be back

Received order late as driver said our unit didn’t exist so went back to store. Food was cold so called and arranged a replacement when it arrived it was even colder. Put a thermometer in and registered at 30 degrees which is into salmonella poisoning. Called store manager and was hung up on called again they had blocked me! Called later from a private number and was abused saying there was nothing they could do!! No refund, nothing absolutely revolting service!!

It was horrible, such a rip off. I ordered on Ubereats and they didn't specify how many grams of meat for meat and gravy option ($18.95) or other options. This is very misleading for customers. I would definitely not order from the place again and would not recommend the place to anyone.

Will not be coming back here again, not after being spoken to very rudely after there was a miscommunication and thought she had said she had finished packing my order, but she was trying to tell me that she was finishing another order, it was an honest mistake on my part but she proceeded to raise her voice at me and then when coming to pack my order was very blunt and just abruptly putting the food into the tray. Then only put one piece of pumpkin and I requested another piece considering it was a family pack..and she did so reluctantly. Really wish I had just left. Now I understand why they have such...

I've been having Ready Roasts for years. Mainly Cranbourne as i have driven through. My daughter lives not far from the Frankston store so every time I visit I call in to the Frankston store and get Roast Pork or Lamb dinner for next night. Never disappoints.

I'm visit my daughter and grandsons for the weekend and filling in today due to school and work for them I decided to get Ready Roast Lamb dinner for lunch. It's been a while as I live in NSW now. Great to see it's still as good.
