First Impression: The small restaurant was unexpectedly empty despite the busy time, which made for a comfortable dining experience. -

Service Speed: After selecting our dishes, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food arrived. It was ready almost as soon as we could sit down.

Food Quality: The food was a delightful ✨️😌 discovery✨️😌. My favorite was the Lamb Biryani, available in three spice levels, midium was bursting with flavor.

Atmosphere: The restaurant played Indian music videos on a TV, enhancing the dining experience with vibrant dance performances. The music often revolved around themes of love, featuring elaborate choreography by groups of adults, showcasing Bollywood's commitment to art and creativity.

We love Indian and Nepalese food and have been trying different places around bayside and Melbourne for many years. When we heard about this restaurant, we were excited to eat there and we loved it! It’s up there with wonderfully colourful, delicious and aromatic dishes. We ordered an assortment of dishes from the menu including scrumptious momos, tasty garlic Naan bread, seekh kebab, makhani, beef vindaloo, pakoras and samosas. The food was lovingly prepared, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! The vindaloo was spicy and tasty, and the beef soft and tender. The pakoras were crispy and so fresh as were the samosas. Every dish complimented the other and a refreshing raita went beautifully with the vindaloo and naan. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and also to the owner of Tandoori Grilled who was so helpful in recommending dishes to us and took time out of his busy evening to make us feel Welcome.
