Roll'd Malvern — Restaurant in Melbourne

After looking at other reviews, I realise this is a reoccurring issue. Double check what you are being charged. After realising that I was charged an extra 30% for turning my bowl into a meal, because I was told that the meal would come with 3 soldiers. Only to find out that is not the meal and it should only come with one. I was paying for 3 seperate soldiers.

Furthermore, the meat here is never consistent. Cold pink chicken doesn't seem ideal. If you pay for extra meat, there is no difference in quantity.

After raising these issues to the staff there, one staff member seemed willing to listen as we discussed this issue (hence the additional service star), while the other 3 where laughing behind the counter. I believe contacting corporate as they should be aware that their brand is being tarnished in this manner. Unfortunately I won't return, nor would I recommend supporting the type of business being...

Worst Bahn mi I have EVER had. I asked for no spring onion but they only gave me a roll with 90% carrot and one piece of cucumber. I said I wanted chilli but they didn’t put any in it all I got was 90% carrots and cold soggy pork and one bit of cucumber. Especially when you are paying a surcharge for it being a public holiday you expect at least what is advertised to be in the roll. I just threw it out it was gross 🤮 the lady that served me was rude and after she took my order she just stood at the counter on her phone texting and not making my food and just watched me stand there for 10 minutes while no one made my food FINALLY I received my roll from someone who made it out the back but I will NEVER be going back there I wish I asked for my money back...

I would have given zero star, if I could I bought Vietnamese salad, whatever they call it. It doesn't hold any salad it's just cabbage n pepper no cucumber no carrots no tomatoes nothing like salad. They made it extremely spicy. I went back to the lady who served telling her its bitter and she said this is what it is might be becauseof the salad. I could not able to breath as well. My full mouth is sore and burning, even my throat as well. On top of that tooo expensive.. nothing to eat like.. I wish could have ask for a refund.. terrible food.
