This place has awful coffee! They have a coffee machine and yet the coffee taste like really watered down instant coffee i could easily make at home. The ambience and atosphere are beautiful here. It looks like such a nice cafe. It was busy when we went on an afternoon on a Sunday. My wife and i had coffees and a cheese croissant and my daughter had a milkshake and a lemon tart. The cheese croissant seemed to be a cheap croissant with a cheese slice in the middle! My daughter's lemon tart they needed to be reminded about. My wife ordered a flat white and didnt enjoy it either. It tasted very ordinary. I ordered a long black. Neither of us could finsh the coffees! My daughter enjoyed the milkshake and lemon tart. Maybe we are just too fussy when it comes to coffee. We paid $36 for something i couldve made better at home.

This place is packed only because of its location, right in the middle of the mall with a sun roof above. I ate here on a Saturday at 12pm and the queue was forming, luckily still places for me to sit but they were filling up fast. The last time I ate here, which was about 4 years ago, the food was not fresh and staff were rude, so I vowed never to return but I figured things might have changed since then but no, still the same. The chicken wrap I had, either chicken wasn't cooked or it was all fat (as you can see from the picture), the caramel slice was meh, coffee was OK. They had a coffee and wrap deal for $13.80 which is a good deal, might be the cheapest in the mall but if food isn't fresh then what's the point?

I recently visited this cafe, my experience was marred by an odd choice of serving vessel and an even stranger response from the staff. Upon ordering a simple coffee, I was surprised when it arrived in a glass instead of the expected (noted while ordering) cup. Confused, I politely asked if it could be transferred to a regular cup. Instead of simply accommodating my request, the staff poured the coffee from the glass into another cup, without any apology. Not only was the initial serving method unconventional, but the lack of attentiveness to my request left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

Was part of a group of 5 who ordered various drinks on a Thursday morning, including cappuccinos (with several different milk types), a hot chocolate and a mocha. Drinks were brought over after 20 minutes and pushed towards us at random - the only descriptor used by the waiter was “skinny”. He didn’t say what any of the other drinks were and we were left to use trial and error to ascertain this as a result, including a lactose intolerant member of the group trying to work out which drink had oat milk. Surely it’s expected that waitstaff announce what the drink is they are bringing over, especially when there are several drinks which look similar but have different milk types....
