There were more pickles on this sandwich than filling. Fifteen dollars for one slice of cheese, one slice of ham and a tong-full of greasy pork. Absolute rip off. On top of that, how about you hit us with a "public holiday surcharge" just to reinforce the already negative dining experience. I feel sorry for the staff who have to peddle out such mediocre product for a boss who can't even budget in a few public holidays into their budget. That said, I'm pretty sure they're capable of making an allowance for public holidays and budgeting accordingly, but they choose not to as adding another round of "personal GST" is more profitable, and you can be sure that if you were to place a slice of cheese, a slice of ham, a spoon full of pork and a couple if slices of bread in front of them and asked for $17, they'd be offended.    Read moreMy husband has been a regular customer but not anymore! The quality of the Roast pork meal was over cooked and pork was cut up into tiny bite size pieces as though you were serving a child. When l asked for for some nice slices of pork the waitress rudely replied that this was not possible. Her manner and customer service was appalling and unfriendly. The meal was not appetizing, carrots semi cooked and the waitress made no effort to deliver a friendly service. This is not the first time that the Roast pork meal was tough, unappetizing and too expensive. Incidentally the cutlery was not clean and therefore asked for a replacement. Sorry, but perhaps you should take note of the...
Read moreI ordered a mini quiche and was asked if I would like the egg and bacon or the Spinnich version. I choose, egg N bacon along with small chips. I took ate the quiche, which had just two specs of bacon half the size of my little fingernail and that is no exaggeration. The chips made it to the rubbish bin, they were warm and dry. shrunk as if reheated. Hey they may not have been reheated but how do you explain how dry they were inside. Some businesses think smiling at you gets them over the line but who ever returns after a bad experience. If you guys sold your quiche as an egg quiche, I would know where I stand but false advertising, on a $3.00 product or a $3,000 product is still false...
