Sandwich Chefs - Sunshine Marketplace — Restaurant in Melbourne

So bad experienced I have never had it before at sunshine west sandwich shefs, today me and my friend when there buy their food also other shop next to them I was took some napkin from other shop and cone back to get some from this shop( 6-7 napkins leave on the top I took them all) then come to sit at the front of the shop to eat my food then one Chinese old man come to complain to my friend that I took all the napkin. what the problem with him I m a costumer I bough food from them why I can took the napkins I didn't took all whole packet , the bad Chinese old man non stop to complaining he keep to tell every on my lunch now my love about me and pointing at me make me so upset that is so abusing isn't it. Ordered two roast pork and gravy sandwiches. I asked if I could have the gravy poured into a cup so that it wouldn’t make the bread soggy for my Nana as I was taking her lunch 5 minutes away. I was told that they don’t have any cups when they served coffee and I could see the cups in the background. I pointed the coffee cups out and she continued to say they could not do that. I would have paid an extra $2 for the cup if they were that worried about wasting a cup. Whilst the sandwiches were being made the lady was slicing the pork onto a plate on top of scales weighting the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches. The bread was also stale as can be. Food Quality/Pricing: ・Standard dor Sandwich chefs ・Fruit salads are a bit overpriced, which only looks good from the top, but filled with bitter oranges on the bottom. ・Smoothies are so milky. Ordered a small Berry Delicious Smoothie and was told only regular or large. I ordered regular but was given large then charged me $7.50. I didn't even see any raspberry in the blender.

Service: If your younger females could get the orders correct and remember the prices, that'd be very helpful.
