In a city filled with culinary pretension and smugness it's nice to have a old school option.
An option that doesn't turn your pocked into a pasta strainer, by having hipster recycled timber wall features, uncomfortable seats and ingredients on the menu you need to look up on google (Fior Di Latte places...you know who you are, why not say fancy mozzarella?)
Run by a good bunch of blokes, who I've never had a bad experience from (I've had pizzas I wasn't happy with replaced with no eye rolling and attitude)
Above this you will find the shop is up there as far as kitchen hygiene goes, at the end of the night you will the the gang cleaning like it's a competition, polishing all the stainless steel. 👍🏼

There were 2 things that I really liked: My order was for take away, and once I received it, I opened the box by accident and all my pizza ended up on the footpath. One of the staff members saw that and went to speak to the rest of the team, who decided to make a new pizza for free. How good is that? I'm gluten intolerant and have been very unlucky finding good gluten free options, especially pizzas, however, this one was delicious and for sure I'll be coming back. Though I’d hold the onion sometimes as it can be a bit strong. The service is always prompt and lovely, and the food has always been hot and good quality. Tonight I tried their Parma with a side salad and was really impressed. Salad was generous and fresh with a great dressing, and Parma was huge and delicious. Such great value for under $20. Will definitely order this again and try out more of their menu as they have a heap of stuff...
