YOLO COFFEE CAFE — Restaurant in Melbourne

Liked the cute and cosy cafe in Springvale! We had cappuccino, honey ginger lemon tea, and apple crumble. Cappuccino tasted good, and honey ginger lemon tea (hot) was amazingly soothing for a cold day! The apple crumble was not too bad, but I felt that it didn't taste fresh and so gave 4 star ratings. The service is good and the staff is friendly. They have less than 10 tables indoors, but the interior is quite nice and comfy. I recommend trying the tea at least once! Definitely will return to try more things...

I had a disappointing experience today. As a regular customer, I went there to order my usual coffee and study. However, some of the other customers started complaining that I had stayed too long and told me to leave. Surprisingly, the owner supported them and asked me to leave as well. This experience made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. It seems the customers and management lack proper etiquette and understanding of customer service. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place...

Been a loyal customer here for 6 years. Today just like a regular day I come to have a coffee and study with friends. Then the shop owner came with her friends and start talking about us in Vietnamese like “why these guys sitting with laptops” and “5 guys order 1 drink?” Though each of us ordered a drink already.
