This morning I did TWO U -turns in peak hour traffic just to get Siennas coffee, because I know they deliver great coffee 99% of the time. AND I like to support small businesses. However, the reason for my 1 star is that I was served by a new girl (thin, black jeans, glasses) I know she's new because I'm a regular. I wanted to swap something that I ordered (of equivalent value) because I saw the item in the window which was NOT on the menu. This girl was extremely rude and has ZERO customer service skills. If she's on trial, do yourself a favour and get rid of her before she completely loses your customer base, or, for the love of God, teach her some basic customer service skills. The food was also burnt on one side and soggy on the other. I don't understand how such a rude little person has the privilege of having a job in our scarce economy.

You can have the best food or coffee in the world, but if your staff do not know how to speak to customers and are downright rude, then your food or coffee has no value. I tried calling before I resorted in a review, but no...

I usually don't complain but I went here a week ago. Different girls working on this particular day, I sat in the bay for 10 minutes for my coffee. One of the girls came to my car asking if I was waiting on anything and I said yes my coffee. The girl at the coffee station asked with such attitude which one so I advised her. Such behaviour, no need for that cockiness, if you did your job right like the original girls do, you'd keep up with what coffee order you are at. No smiles or acknowledgment from some of these girls but quick to have conversations about what dress they will wear on the weekend and that there mother wont allow them having a tattoo and flirt with the men coming through the drive thru, they can't even pay attention to the orders coming through. I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years and it use to be much better. The customer service has gone out the window. There are still a few who are very lovely to deal with I cannot deny that, and they acknowledge you but those girls on that particular day, you girls need to attend a basic customer...
