I would definitely recommend checking out this pizza place, one of the best in the Western suburbs. We ordered two pizzas online, The Stella Special and the Woodfire Aussie (pictures attached). The website was easy to navigate and their service speed was very fast. Within the time it took us to get dressed, get in the car, and drive to the restaurant (3km away), the order was ready to be picked up! the restaurant itself is really nice and modern with exposed brick inside and large booths for bigger groups. The service was friendly and the pizzas tasted great! Fresh ingredients, thick crust (per request), and a great cheese to sauce ratio. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. I couldn’t quite taste the difference between the Woodfire pizza and the non-Woodfire pizza but both were delicious (FYI they taste even better the next morning!)

My only negatives on the Stella Special pizza was that the pineapple seemed a bit dried out and didn’t have much juicy flavour to it (perhaps I could ask next time they put it on after it’s come out of the oven). Secondly, my partner bit into an olive pit on his first bite out of the Stella Special, none of the other olives still had the pits in them, but just something to keep in mind for the cooks!

Overall, I enjoyed this pizza place and will definitely be back...
