Subway Greensborough Plaza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, or should I say lack there of!! The way a customer was spoken to was disgraceful, telling them to ‘move’ is not appropriate when they were obviously helping a young man place his order. The young mans order was given not once, not twice but three times and was STILL made up wrong. Who would have thought a wrap with 2 chicken schnitzels with egg and tomato sauce would have been so hard !!!

Shocking experience of customer service. Was standing behind a customer to be told then they where closed 10 mins before closing time. I was there at 4:48 I then told the staff member your still open ? It’s ten to five and I was laughed at and asked what I wanted to order.

As a restaurant manager myself if this was how my team where operating my store I would not be happy.

I had a subway 6 inch veggie patty, on Tuesday 6th February,2024. At 3:30. Which was served by a guy, don’t know his name because he wasn’t in his proper uniform with no cap, no name batch no Apron. He had no intention to serve me, even being the only customer in the store And was making faces, as i asked to extra toast the sandwich.
