I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Mina (the name might be incorrectly translated), while working as a delivery driver. I sincerely hope that you will take this matter seriously and provide appropriate training for this staff member.
The incident occurred when I arrived at your restaurant to pick up an order. There were only two customers in the restaurant at the time, and Mina informed me that my order would begin in just two minutes. I politely responded that it was fine, but then I realized that they hadn’t started preparing my order. Instead, they prioritized serving other customers who came after me.
I asked again when my order would start being prepared, and Mina once again replied, “in two minutes.” By this point, I had already been waiting for over ten minutes. When I asked for a third time, I received the same response. I then told Mina that I had been waiting a long time and pointed out that they were prioritizing customers who had arrived later. To my surprise, Mina responded with, “You’re just an Uber driver, so you have to wait. This order is nearby, or you can just cancel it.”
I was shocked and replied, “Do you realize what you’re saying? I am also a customer, and I should be treated with the same respect as everyone else.” His response clearly discriminated against delivery drivers, which I find unacceptable.
As a delivery driver, I understand that restaurants can get busy, but all customers, whether dining in or picking up, should be treated fairly. Mina’s attitude was very upsetting, and this is not the level of service I expect from Subway. I hope your company will seriously address this issue and provide Mina with appropriate training to prevent this from happening again.

Twice I've ordered avocado as an extra and not received it, and today also ordered extra cheese and didn't get it.
I even added a special note, reminding you to add the avocado!
Far more attention to order notes needs to be taken. I'd rather you take a little more time and complete an order accurately, than rush and have missing elements.
I know I can get a refund, but I'd rather the subway...
