Worst Subway ever! Been here multiple times hoping things would get better but unfortunately not. Went 2 weeks ago walked into the store and it felt like I was in the Sahara desert sweating whilst I was waiting in line. It was that bad a customer behind me told them to turn the heaters off and left. Wasn't that cold too was only like 18 degrees that day. Went in again last week to get the 2 wraps for $14 deal only to be told it only applies before 4pm even though the sign on St Kilda Road that stays out there over night 24/7 clearly states '2 x Wraps for $14' with no time stipulated about when you can and can't get it! Went in to get food today and the girl behind the counter couldn't hear as she had air pods in! What prompted me to review this is Toilet Hygiene 🚽🪠 Guys it's Staff and Visitors responsibility to keep the washrooms 🫧 clean Esp when we know the staff shortages on weekends. I urge customers to do the Right Thing ▶️👍 Appreciate Subway efforts to keep it clean and stick posters 🧱 which cannot be ignored.

Read moreOrdered a vege patty footling on the 23rd of May 2025 and came to the store at 9:09pm. The lady preparing my sub was extremely rude and unpleasant. Everytime I asked something she showed an angry look. Wanted my sub toasted for 1 min and did it only for 30 seconds. Inquired about what the thousand island sauce was but she ended up just putting it into my sub.
Genuinely disappointed and would appreciate if customers could be treated kindly. I get it maybe she had a long day but isn't too hard to treat people with kindness and actually prepare a sub according to a customer's choice. Please look into this!...
