Would not recommend. Tonight we ordered pizza on the My Goodness Pizza website and at the point of payment, it appeared as though there was a glitch in the system on their website. I proceeded to call the restaurant straight away and the advised the staff member that I would be happy to oblige in sending through proof of payment, upon which he accepted - I sent the image which not only had the name of the restaurant on it but also showed a receipt number. Now since I work in customer service handling payments, refunds and complaints I do believe I have a fair understanding of the process. The My Goodness Pizza employee then asked me to send through a photo of the transaction on the website to which I also obliged. 46 minutes later I called the restaurant to check on the order upon which I briefly spoke to a female who quickly passed me to a male. He advised me that the order would not be coming since the order was never received. I then asked for the manager or owner’s number. 10 minutes later I got a call from Daniel who tried to tell me how a banking system works and that I could call the bank and ask for a refund. Whilst trying to tell Daniel that the disappointment was that his staff hadn’t communicated that our food wasn’t coming he continually interrupted me to the point where he was yelling over the top of me. I would not only not ever recommend this restaurant I would advise to never trust them with your...
Read moreVery busy on Sunday night when we went in around 9pm, two lovely girls at front counter that were very helpful in assisting with menu choices, was offered waffle fries as a side to my burger—omg they are epic!!!! This place is a neat little burger and pizza joint that shares a location with subway, the cool drinks they have there are great also, not a fridge full of Coca Cola which is refreshing to see. The burger was delicious-we even went up after we finished the meal to talk with the girl to tell her how impressed we were, she introduced herself as the manager and spoke about the meat being half wagyu beef and half cape grim, and that the owner is a chef and very passionate about product quality. This was the best dining experience in Melbourne this whole weekend, just wish we found it earlier instead of our last night, but will definitely return when next in Melbourne. Would recommend this place to anyone who asks about great fresh food that is well priced. My husband had a pizza and he ate the whole thing, actual pieces of chicken breast fillet and fresh avo-amazing! Keep up the great work guys and we will back as soon as we can, thanks for an...
Read moreI’ve been to this place many times and always had issues with the food being ready on time. Tonight I convinced myself that it was worth the waiting and placed an online order. Tonight’s collection time was 7pm. It’s now 7.30pm and no food yet. Sadly they have provided some entertainment though. The customer before me has just been yelled at by a staff member because he dared to question how long his order would be… UPDATE: got the food at 7.40pm and went home to the hungry family. I live 3 mins walk from the shop. The burgers and the chips were cold. ANOTHER UPDATE: 7.46pm back in the shop because we didn’t get all our food. Totally forgot to make one main and the dessert was missing. Tonight has tipped me over the edge. I’m finally done with this place. The rudeness, the cold food and the lack of caring isn’t worth it. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Grill’d in Chapel Street Windsor where you get prompt service, polite service and consistently great food....
