Something is seriously fishy about this Subway, and it needs attention from the owner/manager. We arrived at 4:45 PM on a Wednesday. The sign says they open until 7:00 PM (or 10:00 PM according to the other sign!), but the door was locked. Given the sign, we knocked. The staff member (only one) opened the door and said their shift ends in 30 minutes and that no one else was rostered after them, hence, closed the shop early. This wasn't the first time the shop was closed despite the sign suggests otherwise. Bizarre. Hire more people if you need to!!!

Went to get subway Girl making it destroyed the bread trying to cut it, the other girl took it away from her then proceeded to ruin the rest of it. Rude no care then to top it off charged me over $30 for a sub drink and 1 cookie. When questioned she got the shits on for me asking then told me that’s normal. Any other subway for the same is around $20. Should’ve left once I saw old mate cleaning the glass over the food spraying cleaner all over the open condiments. Crap staff. Crap food. Will never be back.

Subway every Sunday from now on! My husband and I went to subway on Sunday and we had a wonderful experience. After a dodgy sub a few years back my husband and I swore we would never step foot in a subway again, but that has now changed. We were served my a lovely girl called Ava. Ava greeted us so warmly I knew we had made the right decision for lunch. My husband and I both got footlongs and cookies. Ava was so careful making our subs, being sure to get every step right. She also offered an engaging conversation along with it. I have never had a sandwich that tasted so fresh. The store was also so clean, I could almost see my reflection on the floor! We will be coming to subway every Sunday from now on. Hopefully Ava will...

Ordered online for pick up. Went to the shop for pickup. 10th August 7:30 pm. The guy on the counter just did not want to work. When some other walk ins came, he started asking if they have big order then he doesn't have enough bread. Closing time is 10:00 pm as per Google. Then when I asked for the order, he again looked at the order and said oh this big one..I only had two foot longs , one salad and one garlic bread..I pushed him to do the order so he turned back couple of other ladies who were waiting for over 10 mins.I really feel for the owner..he is killing the business for the owner. I recently visited this Subway and ordered a regular salad bowl with harissa mayo. The staff member added an overwhelming amount of the sauce, which I immediately pointed out. Instead of making a new bowl, she attempted to scrape some off with a knife. I thought I'd give it a try, but it ended up being too spicy to enjoy, so I had to throw it away.

When I mentioned my disappointment, she offered me a 10% discount on my next order, which felt inadequate since I had already paid for a meal I couldn't eat. To top it off, I didn't even receive the promised discount. Overall, this was the worst Subway experience I've had. I won’t be returning...
