I have never given a review but this my first review and i think i need to give , stepping into the Subway on Saturday evening I was greeted by a sight that instantly lifted my spirits: a cute, beaming girl behind the counter (I don't know her name but i think she is new there.), ready to take my order. I got a 6-inch sub and I’ve charged twice because the manager said that the first one didn’t go through. But, actually the transaction showed as pending in the statement and I’ve showed it to the manager and she said if it moves from pending to approved then feel free to come back anytime with the invoice and she told me that she could refund. After it was approved, I went to the store and showed the invoice and approved pay statements to the CSR(named NAINIKA) because the manager was not at the store. The CSR(NAINIKA) was very rude at me saying that you should come right after the transaction was approved and I said, I was busy with my works and reminded her that your manager told me that I can come anytime if it’s got approved. By giving my money back she said that I should be grateful to her for giving my money back. I want to sincerely convey this to the respectful manager that what she was giving is my money not hers and she was the worst CSR I’ve ever met in my whole life.
