Pathetic experience. Always have enjoyed Subway but the Tarneit store is disappointing. The girls were talking about a customer when he left re how he wanted extra scoops and had paid for it too and with my experience did not put enough lettuce n salads. Poor preparation...had very bad experience in the past as well where they refused to pack six inch separately bought as a footlong. If Subway knows better they should take away the business from the current franchise. They are ruining the standards required as per the Subway name.
18 May 2023 Another bad experience this morning. I placed an order at 380 Sayers road Tarneit vic 3029 at 7:58 pm and was cancelled by the store. Please provide reason as we went to pick up order at 8:20 because on the app said that its confirmed. Disappointing experience with Samreen who just kept on saying no order received. This is the third time I am complaining for the same store in 2020,2021 and 2023. I understand that its a franchisee but I really need their service sorted. Thanks Sharina

I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my Store.
I understand that my staff’s behavior during your visit did not meet your expectations. Samreen did mention the issue this morning with you claiming to have your order placed online, which was not appearing anywhere on our computer. She did ask you to produce the proof of order being placed by showing your payment method, which you refused to show. It’s very difficult for staff to make order if there is no proof of payment visible, business does not run on claims, it needs payment and it’s proof. Please place your orders in store if you are having ongoing issues with online delivery. Staff is only trying to do their job and working in business interest. If your payment is gone through the system, please bring the bank statement and we are happy to provide the refund for it.
We have another three Subway restaurants in this area, within 5 mins drive from where our restaurant is, you may choose to go to either one of them, if you still feel unhappy with the service.

Read moreThis has to without a doubt be one of the most consistently scroogey Subways in terms of serving/portion size, generosity etc, call it whatever you will, this subway takes economy and frugalness to the next level.
Went in there today, ordered my usual, a ham and cheese footlong on Italian herb and cheese.
She spaces out the ham on the bread, single layer with daylight between each slice of ham.
We then move on to the Mozzarella, it is the smallest handful you have ever seen and barely covers the ham. But I dare not say anything, she would have charged me for double cheese otherwise, I guarantee it.
At this point I had to specifically tell her I wanted it toasted, usually they ask or offer.
By the time we got to the veggies, the letters in the olives etc, there was barely anything in the sandwich, but that still didn't stop her from charging me the usual ham and cheese footlong price of $12.50, even though I don't think I got $12.50 worth of value.
Plenty of other far better Subways out there...

Firstly she didn’t pay attention at all i greeted her two times ‘hi’ but she was packing someone’s order so fair enough but still she could’ve just said hi back. Anyways long story short, requested her to extra toast my cheese toastie which she ignored and didn’t do it. When she was packing my order i told her to add salt and paper she rolled eyes like why did you tell me to do this. I felt like why did we order from them. Anyways we got our order and we were just standing there and looking at if we can order something else. Girl very rudely said our dine in is closed like seriously it’s literally 9pm and this store closed at 10pm. So do you guys close dine in at 9pm ? We aren’t not getting food for free so please if you can’t smile and serve properly atleast don’t treat your customers like ‘oh god why they are here’ i’ve met owner personally once and feel bad for her that she got this type of staff who’re ruining...
