Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

This is the fourth time I have recieved wrong order out of my six visits to this store. They messed up my simple order of new product- garlic bread, how hard is it to listen and understand instead of running around making 2 orders out of 6 wrong after multiple confirmations? and have already messed up another simple order of not toasting wraps, do not know what standard sauces go with which wraps, have literally given me SOGGY CHEESE TOASTIES- don’t know which sauces go in which toasts and then when requesting for right one, they would argue or be like- oh take this and will make another one too. I AM PAYING NOT ASKING YOU TO GIVE ON THE HOUSE FOR...

I was served by Belinda- she provided excellent service, was very attentive and engaging! I get subway all the time from the western suburbs and the cbd, and my first time with the ballarat road store was so amazing that I felt compelled to write a review- Which I have NEVER done. The sub was a classic pizza melt which I ordered with ALL TOPPINGS, two different sauces, and it was the best ratio I have ever seen and tasted. She even offered to pack the halves of my footlong separately for ease! I gasped, shocked by such consideration. Just what I needed...

Thank you subway in sunshine, i ordered a sub on uber eats for one of our resident in our aged care facility, i ordered a 6inch sub. When we received the meal our resident was surprised it was a footlong instead and it had a note on it saying enjoy the footlong sub instead. This made our resident so happy.
