We ordered a cookie platter, so that we could swing past and pick it up on the way to a pre-Christmas do... When we got there, and I said "I'm here to pick up the cookies we ordered under the name *", the guy behind the counter first couldn't actually comprehend what I said... He said "yep" them walked over to a lady and said something, then came back to me and said "did you want to buy some cookies?". I said yes, and that we'd ordered them a few days ago. He said "okay, how many would you like?" And when I said "I'm... However many come on the platter", he started to grab paper bags to fill them up. I said, "I ordered a platter of cookies, can I have them on a platter please" and he said "yep", then came back with an empty platter, AND my platter😂 He said "did you order them already?"... He then handed the platter over and said "have a nice day" and turned around to do something else. I said "I haven't paid for these yet"....... Just a comedy of errors, but it highlights what must be a super inefficient system of ordering. The attitude and hygiene of the new staff is unacceptable. You would expect the food you’re putting in your mouth and paying for to be made with respect and the staff to provide good customer service. I recently visited and the male that served me displayed the worst customer service experience I’ve had; he was dragging his feet, did not change his gloves, had no energy, slapped the salads on my sandwich and had his pants so all the customers could see his behind - which is exactly what you want to see when they’re preparing your food! Will not be returning unless the young girls come back. I used to get served by the young, shorter girl with dark brown hair and she always made my experience at this Subway a delight. She always made friendly conversation with me, was always smiling and positive, made my sandwich just the way I wanted and was so thankful when I complimented and commended her on her work ethic. Read moreDuring my most recent visit to this specific store an employee had an argument with an Uber eats driver after making the driver wait around 10 minutes for an order, the gentleman eventually stormed out of the store without the meals. Despite this odd occurrence, I continued to get my own sub, regrettably. Upon returning to my home, a clump of around 5-6 hairs was found deeply entangled amongst the lettuce of the sub. I called the store to inform them, however, I was greeted by disgusting phone service by a man who clearly didn’t care. He told me that individuals aren’t wearing aprons and when I recommended that the employees should start wearing company provided hair wear (visors and caps), to try and prevent this issue in the future, he quickly disregarded my comments. I asked if he could pass me on to a store manager, however, he informed the manager was not in. This store is clearly in dire need of proper management, staff that understand the value of customer service and also the importance of personal hygiene in the food...
