the woman who served me just now was clearly very new and struggling which doesn't bother me at all! however the woman supervising her corrected her in a manner which felt harsh and uncalled for (but maybe my reading of the tone was off). my number one complaint, however, is that when too much cheese was put on my sandwich the supervisor had her take it off and throw it in the bin. this is such unnecessary food waste. you would rather waste food than give a customer an extra slice? If this is store policy then it's wasteful. at least ask the customer if they mind instead of automatically making unnecessary food waste. if it was a personal decision by the supervisor then it was a petty and thoughtless one.

Read moreThis place is going downhill. After coming here for the past 7 or so months the quality and service has continued to decline steadily. To echo other reviews, the standard in hygiene and food quality is poor and the customer service is trash.
I went in to get subs today with my friend and the buffalo chicken tasted awful and potentially spoiled, the pork was really dry, the lettuce was limp and browning. There was so many new staff members who had no idea what they were doing and inadequately made our sandwiches. Then when the store person asked if we want salt and pepper, they absolutely covered our sub’s in salt to the point where it was inedible but we had left the shop to eat at home by that stage. Our cookies were pretty much tasteless which we were hoping to be our saving grace after the awful tasting, salty, subs we had been given.

When I asked for more than 3 sauces,the staff member told me they can only add 3 sauces.Just two days ago, at the same store, I ordered the exact same sub from another employee (a trainee girl and another man) and they added the sauces exactly as I requested without any issue.
It’s frustrating and unprofessional that the rules keep changing depending on who is serving. Your store should have one clear policy, and staff should treat customers consistently.
