Me and my colleague at 1800 got pies popped in for a quick pie. I got the chicken pie and my mate got the chunky beef. Off the bat the pie looked very good, promising shape, weight and temp but that soon vanished as we had our first bit. My chicken was very underwhelming and it seemed as if there wasnt any chicken in it, it felt more like vegan pie. It was quite messy maybe it was just a bad pie, all in all I would not recommend the chicken pie but also if the opportunity was to come I’d give it another chance. I gave the chicken pie a 3/10 Now onto the the chunky beef pie. My colleague said in quote “it’s about to blow out” and that was after the second bite. He stated that it wasn’t really chunky which seems like a common misleading theme at this bakery. He rated it a 5.9 “it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great, better then a servo pie” All in all a great little bakery but not somewhere Id go out of my way in search of a great pie.
