We popped in Sunday lunch. Very convenient location although parking can be hard due to busy area.
A young Vietnamese lady was very friendly.
Lemongrass bamh mi was very fresh, tasty, filling and flavoursome!! Beef wasn't dry or hard at all. Same as crispy pork. $9.50 each was reasonable
Also it was very easy to customise. She was understandable.
Only thing I kinda didn't like about was bread. Quite dry so it got messy a bit. Wish it was moist a bit.
