Just wanted to thank Cinzia for how amazing she was today in cutting my hair. From being very warmly greeted by the staff on the phone when I was booking the appointment, to when I got there the service was exceptional. I felt very comfortable with Cinzia, she has a really positive energy about her, she’s passionate and knowledgeable at what she does and she listened to what I wanted as well as providing feedback along the way. From struggling to find a consistent hairdresser/barber that were all about getting you in and out as soon as possible and posting celebrities on their socials, Cinzia is the complete opposite and she takes her time to provide the utmost care and attention to detail to what you want. The staff were nice and were able to see me at short notice. After my cut the vacancy became apparent as to why it was there. She did exactly the opposite to what I'd asked. I have curly hair and explained not too much shape around the face. DO NOT let it look like a bob. Keep it straight along the back. She did the OPPOSITE of all that. I have a ridiculous hair cut that has naturally bounced to a bob which she wouldn't know because she used a straightener. It's an 80's Flying V at the back ugh and thinned within an inch of its life. Looks like 4 bad haircuts in one. A talent in one level. Will take about 2 years to recover. Lucky I'm not precious. $80 so cheap enough. I didn't bother complaining because where would one start? I am beyond thrilled with the outcome of my appointment at Cocca. Cara was so kind and informative about the services I was having done, and she explained everything to me at every stage which is super refreshing. She did such a fantastic job and I’m so happy with my cut and colour. I was nervous about finding a new hairdresser after moving from Adelaide, but I feel lucky to have found Cocca.
