my mom and i ordered 1 taro milktea and 1 matcha magic (without the red beans) and it tasted NOTHING like what we ordered. first the taro didn't even taste anything like taro; also isn't taro a purple colour -- well my mom's order wasn't purple is was a brown colour which threw off the actual enjoyment of her drink. second, the matcha magic was horrible, it was bitter and wasn't even mixed properly therefore having a grainy like texture, making the matcha taste NOTHING LIKE MATCHA. i recommend that the staff (who was working alone) should be trained, not only was there no greeting, welcoming, appreciation or thank you, the singular staff was blunt and didn't look like she even wanted to be there. please, train the staff to make better drinks and at least be appreciative the empty store is...

This is by far the BEST Teaser joint we've ever been to. Our usuals are Taro Milk Tea and Mango Sago. Both are always splendedly made. The taro (yam) drink appears to be made out of real taro instead of the typical powdered form which is an artifical looking purple colour, and is thick and flavourful with every sip. The Mango drink is filled with so many ingredients that complement so well with each other (coconut milk, pomelo, mango, sago etc).

There was once our order was mistakenly made and the store simply replaced our entire drink. Customer service like these are non-existent nowadays.

I've drink a contaminated "dirtea drinks" with small metal yesterday. Staff offered a replacement but I was seriously traumatised that I can't accept another replacement hence I asked, instead of the the same drink can they rather replace it with any fruit tea but dismissed such request because they can only give the same product.
