I visited on Sunday the 16th of March around 3.45pm to get a sushi roll box and the one l buy regularly was sold out so the staff gave me a different box for me to have a look. when she gave the box to me, it accidentally touched the counter and dropped on the floor where it cannot be consumed anymore. They still wanted me to pay for that. I asked kindly whether I can pay half as l cant eat those sushi anyway and a staff named LAN spoke to me in a rude tone and said "That's not our problem and there's security camaras to show it's your fault so you must pay for it regardless".The way LAN spoke to me, made me feel like I’ve done something really wrong and she was very disrespectful. Read moreI ordered Uber tonight sushi worth $67. All of it went straight to the bin. Stale, dry sushi. The chicken roll had a bad taste, salmon on top of nigri was dried out, too scared to try anything after l had the small chicken maki roll. Everything you touched was parted from dryiness, dry rice or over soggy parts from tuna and nori was so rubbery dry, very apalling to do to people. Just to prove, attached photo is binned sushi! People get food poisining if not fresh as sushi is a dish to get food poisining from!

This morning I turned up at 9:20 am and tried to get 2 Salmon/Avocado hand rolls but the staff told me it takes 5 to 10 mins to order because they need to made them. I expect the shop opens at 9am and most of the items will be ready to sell on the shelves. I wouldn't want to wait for 10 mins for 2 salmon rolls so i got a salmon salad bowl instead .When I got to work i just found the staff didn't give me any salad dressing.
