Jamaica Blue Fountain Gate — Restaurant in Melbourne

Every single time I come here, which is rarely these days, there is always an issue. A shame because the staff are lovely, but it has really put me off returning. Kind of the final straw.

This time, my order was forgotten. I sat fof ages waiting for a coffee. At least the staff admitted they had forgotten, which I do appreciate. I came by as a final chance to get a simple coffee right, and they blew it. Once off, ok. But I have been here about ten times and each time, the order has been wrong/late/coffee cold/not even show up.

Omg, I want to cry because the food gave me heart burn, I clearly mentioned I am a vegetarian but they gave me bacon and when I asked them politely to prepare another meal, they gave me something that wasn’t edible for $21 they gave me a slice of bread with hint of green (that was suppose to be avacado) 2 porched eggs with runny yolk and feta cheese, I feel robbed and deeply disappointed. I was asked to visit Jamaica Blue and purchase coffee as part of a Social Soup Campaign, and was asked for my honest opinion. The store had a lovely, quiet and cozy vibe despite being in a busy shopping centre, and lovely decor. The staff were generally very good! An apparent menu misprint led to some unpleasantness with the cashier but the staffperson who brought the coffees over was lovely.
