I'm absolutely loving the new menu at Tetto Di Carolina on Toorak Road! The creativity and effort that has gone into crafting these new dishes and cocktails is truly impressive. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The venue itself is just stunning - the decor, the ambiance, the service... everything comes together to create a truly unforgettable experience.

The new cocktails are sublime ! I've tried a few of them, and each one is expertly crafted with unique flavor combinations that are both exciting and delicious. The presentation is also top-notch - it's like sipping a work of art.

But what really sets them apart is their ability to balance innovation with tradition. Despite the new menu, the venue still retains its original charm and character. It's clear that the team has worked hard to stay true to their vision while also pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

We were a group of nine and were very excited to visit Tetto to try out their new food menu. From the minute we walked in to the moment we left the staff were very attentive and efficient. Not once did we have an empty water glass or without a beverage. There was a great ambiance and the venue was very modern and chic with lovely booth seats. Their cocktails were excellent, I had a dirty gin martini & Negroni both which were made just right and presented well. We decided to try all the share plates on the menu except the tartare as we forgot to order it. The dishes were delicious and was presented beautifully. The combination of flavors were matched perfectly in each dish. My personal standouts would be the tin of anchovies, the cabbage remoulade was perfect to cut through the saltiness of the anchovies.. so good! The pork croquettes was a delightful fried treat and the octopus was cooked perfectly and dressed with an amazing romesco sauce. For the meat eaters the short rib is a must, melt off the bone and was dressed with an awesome chimichurri sauce. I recently had my farewell event at Tetto Di Carolina as a private function and it was certainly the perfect choice of venue! My guests and I had a fantastic night. The staff were very accomodating and service was on point. The food and drinks were delicious. I tried a few different cocktails on the menu - all top notch.
