That Bakery - Bayside Frankston — Restaurant in Melbourne

Recently I have been over charged not once but over last six months maybe 6 times by the elderly gentleman. First it was 20 50 c but last two times he blatantly ripped me off over a dollar and when called out n on it he said oh I thought you got different rolls ,I get plain rolls 60c it's easy to add up.once or twice I could see us mistake but a few weeks ago you did it big and you even new and got all nervous and gave me free rolls ,yesterday went with my hair differently and the older gentleman did it again after we had just said which rolls I wanted 6-60c rolls he charges me 480 and said I thought you got tiger ones ...no he didn't as we had just gone through which ones I wanted very clearly.i have told management and I will also be contacting consumer affairs. If you can do to me 6 out of ten times being at your shop I feel sorry for the little old lady that trusts you to give the right change...Would you steal your ingredients from the vege shop or butcher ???? NO...so don't do it to people that pay your bills its Disgusting...

Last year I had some trouble with that bakery they would over charge me and not once but four or so times when I was dressed differently. TODAY MY HUSBAND WENT AND GOT OR ASKED FOR 8 ROLLS AND HE SAID HE WAS ACTING NERVOUS SO HE COUNTED .....sure enough 7 ROLLS....I just went to woolies and was closing time and I asked him why you did it again you didn't know we were a couple, he said your husband asked for 7 ROLLS.......if that was the case why did you charge him $4.80😂😂😂🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️th8s is disgusting and its the older people or the people that place trust in you to janfmd the right change over ...ypu shpuld be closed down .once or twice a mistake six seven times to same people as blatant stealing...

At the end of the day this bakery throws out trolley loads of bread , jam donuts etc. I asked if i could take what they throw out and distribute to the various community centres to pass on to people doing it tough. And to distribute to the food vans in frankston ,especially the one on wednesday nights and i was told so rudely NO. How dare they speak to me like that . So rather than help people doing it tough they throw out good food what a waste .SHAME on your bussiness i hope one day the people who work there never have to...
